Stephen Drew (concussion) has reported improvement but must be cleared by Major League Baseball before being allowed to resume playing. Drew has been sidelined since late last week with "mild" concussion symptoms. It sounds like the issue is just about behind him, but obviously all precautions will be taken before he can be deemed game-ready.
