Stephen Drew belted his first home run of the 2014 season as the Red Sox took the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Orioles. The second inning blast off Miguel Gonzalez got the Red Sox on the board first, and was his only hit in three at-bats on the afternoon. He's been absolutely atrocious at the plate thus far, slashing an incomprehensible .145/.181/.232 with just three RBI.
