Tepera (shoulder) will begin a rehab assignment with Low-A Inland Empire on Friday, Steve Wendt of 66ers Radio reports.

Tepera is slated for one inning of work in what will be his first game action since he went down with right shoulder inflammation in mid-April. It's not clear how many additional, if any, rehab appearances he'll need before activation, but he's eligible to return Monday.
