Stanton went 1-for-5 with a three-run homer Wednesday in a 7-5 loss to the Nationals. He also struck out twice, including with two men on in the ninth inning. The homer's well and good, and his 27 RBI currently have him in the MLB lead, but Stanton hasn't been piling up too many hits lately, as his average has fallen back to .257 after a brief surge had it as high as .284 a week ago. Stanton's walk rate has dipped notably below his average from the last two years, and his strikeout rate -- 30.3 percent -- is at its highest point since 2010. He's still one of the game's top power hitters, but there are some chinks in the armor here.
