Skaggs (forearm) has been cleared of any damage to his ulnar collateral ligament, Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times reports.

The Angels are expected to provide an official diagnosis in short order, but Skaggs (who already had Tommy John surgery once) can breathe a sigh of relief as his elbow ligaments were found to be intact. That said, it remains uncertain if he will be able to pitch again this season.
