With a lefty (Daniel Lynch) on the hill for Kansas City, the lefty-hitting Benson will head to the bench after he went 1-for-5 with a double, a walk and a run scored over the first two games of the series with Kansas City. T.J. Hopkins will replace Benson in right field and bat eighth in the series finale Wednesday.
