Shuck has been informed he will make the Opening Day roster, Dan Hayes of CSN Chicago reports.

Shuck's roster spot appeared to be in a bit of jeopardy after the White Sox signed Austin Jackson, but he hit .311 in the spring to earn a spot in the big league club's outfield. The 28-year-old currently looks to be more of a fourth of fifth option in the outfield though, so his playing time could be limited.
