Shreve (shoulder) will join Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday to start a rehab assignment, the New York Post reports.

Shreve has now been sidelined for just over two weeks since being diagnosed with a left AC joint sprain in his shoulder, but the lefty has been able to throw somewhat regularly since being out and is now nearing a return. It's unclear how long a rehab stint he'll need, but Shreve figures to be ready to rejoin the big league bullpen within the week.
