Shreve earned the win Friday, going 1.1 shutout innings with a strikeout against the Orioles. Shreve has been excellent of late, not allowing a run over his last 9.2 innings pitched to drop his ERA down to 2.05 on the season. With Andrew Miller on the shelf and Dellin Betances slotting into the ninth inning role, the lefty could be in line to see some opportunities in higher leverage situations.
