Shawn Kelley sent down the Red Sox in order on Sunday, preserving a 3-2 victory over the Red Sox. It's the third save for Kelley this week who has done an admirable job filling in for closer David Robertson. With Robertson due back on April 22, Kelley will have at least one more week to rack up saves, and should be started in all fantasy leagues until then.
