Shaw homered off the Yankees Andrew Miller in Wednesday's spring-training game. Shaw's not known for hitting lefties -- just .189 at Triple-A Pawtucket last season -- but he took Miller deep on the first pitch he saw. The first baseman was added to the 40-man roster in the offseason after a comeback season in 2014 when hit a career 21 homers.
