Severino, 21, has a 1.99 ERA and 32:14 K:BB ratio in 45.1 innings since being promoted to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. While Severino's strikeouts are down at this level, he has remained dominant overall. Opposing batters are hitting a putrid .196 against him. With the struggles of CC Sabathia and Nathan Eovaldi, Severino could make his MLB debut before 2015 is finished.
