Seth Smith left Thursday's game against the Blue Jays with a strained left hamstring. Smith pulled up lame on a ground out in the bottom of the fifth inning and was replaced by a pinch-hitter in the seventh. He went 1-for-3 with an RBI single and a run scored before exiting. No word yet on the severity of the injury.
