Roe (shoulder) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Durham on Tuesday, Steve Carney of Sports Radio 620 WDAE reports.

Roe was placed on the 60-day injured list with a right shoulder strain April 5 and is eligible to come off the injured list Thursday. Given the length of his absence, the Rays will likely try to get him multiple outings with Durham before he returns to the big club, though him being activated within the next couple weeks does not seem out of the question.
