Walker (finger) will be reinstated from the injured list to start Tuesday's game against the Marlins, Corey Seidman of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
EDGE Analysis
Walker hasn't pitched for the Phillies since June 23 due to inflammation in his right index finger but is slated to return to the rotation Tuesday. The 31-year-old struggled in his first rehab start, allowing three runs (two earned) in 2.2 innings but rebounded by yielding one run on two hits across five innings. Both outings were with Double-A Reading, and Walker threw 60 pitches in the second start. Before the injury, Walker logged a 5.60 ERA across 53.0 innings.
