Mize (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Toledo on Thursday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Mize has been on the injured list since July 3 while recovering from a strained hamstring, but he's now on the cusp of a return. The right-hander is eligible to be activated from the 60-day IL on Aug. 30 and he'll likely make multiple starts with Toledo ahead of that date.
