Steele (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Iowa, Russell Dorsey of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Steele has been sidelined since May 21 with the injury and is set for his first game action since. It's unclear how long he'll need to ramp back up, but he should be activated by late June or early July assuming he has no setbacks.
