Sergio Santos (shoulder) threw a 25-pitch "controlled bullpen" on Friday. It's the first time he's thrown off a mound since being placed on the disabled list. Toronto's current plan calls for Santos to throw another bullpen on Monday before being cleared to face live hitters in two weeks. If all goes well, he could rejoin the Jays' bullpen in mid-to-late June.
