Sergio Santos has been removed from Toronto's closer role. Santos blew his third save of 2014 on Friday night, yielding three runs to the Pirates while recording only two outs. Aaron Loup will be used as the fill-in closer on Saturday and has a chance to run with the job until Casey Janssen (oblique) is activated.
