Sergio Santos (elbow) will resume throwing on Friday. He'll need at least a couple bullpen sessions before going out on a rehab assignment. Santos seems likely to return in early June. "It won't be long," Blue Jays manager John Gibbons said. "He's going to start throwing the ball around when we get home. See where he's at. He said he's feeling good, I know that."
