The Mariners claimed Zamora off waivers from the Mets on May 22 and later recalled the left-hander May 27. He made four appearances for Seattle, allowing three earned runs while punching out three across 4.1 innings. He'll now return to Tacoma, though he seems to be a strong candidate to return to the big leagues at some point later this season.
