Young hasn't filled a regular role for the Diamondbacks this season, though he does own a strong .924 OPS in a small sample of 67 plate appearances. He owns a 49.3 percent strikeout rate, however, so it's no surprise that he hasn't earned more opportunities. Ketel Marte (hamstring) was activated off the injured list in a corresponding move.
