Benjamin made just one relief appearance after he was called up by the Rangers in late June, and he allowed no hits and two walks while striking out one in a scoreless inning. The southpaw will now return to the minors after right-hander Dennis Santana was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock in a corresponding move.
