Semien went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a 5-4 loss to the Yankees on Wednesday. Make it six straight games with a hit for Semien, who homered off closer Andrew Miller in the ninth inning to draw the A's within one run. He's now hit two homers in July after not recording a single homer in the month of June. The 24-year-old is batting .300/.352/.450 against left-handed pitching but just .247/.291/.389 against right-handers.
