Oakland Athletics starting pitcher Sean Manaea allowed two runs across seven innings pitched with nine strikeouts against the Tigers on Friday. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the bullpen couldn't hold a six-run lead and get Manaea the win, but it was a nice bounce-back start for the left-hander.
