Scott Rolen is still experiencing some soreness in his surgically-repaired left shoulder. "It's a little tender," trainer Paul Lessard said. "He's way ahead of where he was." Rolen will rejoin the Reds Monday after attending a funeral over the weekend. He hopes to resume batting practice then and is still aiming to return later this season.
