Scott Rolen (back) is not in the Reds' lineup Tuesday for the fifth straight game. The Reds also had a day off Monday, but Rolen still isn't quite ready. "He mentioned that he possibly could play today, but we've still got to make sure," manager Dusty Baker said. "We don't want him to keep coming on and off. We want to keep him on as much as we can, as long as we can." It does sound like Rolen is close, though Baker didn't rule out placing Rolen on the DL if he doesn't return soon.
