Scott Podsednik left Sunday's game against the Cubs with a mild left groin injury. He injured himself while grounding into a double play in the fifth inning. Daniel Nava replaced him in left field. The last thing Boston needs is another serious injury to an outfielder, so the Fenway faithful are no doubt hoping for good news regarding Podsednik. He will likely be evaluated on Monday.
