Scott Baker (elbow) will make his final rehab start on Monday with Low-A Kane County. If the outing goes well, Baker will join the Cubs later this week as a long reliever. The right-hander is finally recovered from Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery. He will be a free agent this offseason.
