Scott Baker (elbow) allowed six runs over 2 2/3 innings in his latest rehab start Friday with Low-A Kane County. He gave up six hits, three walks, and was removed at 60 pitches. Baker has now struggled in back-to-back rehab starts after allowing four runs over three innings on Sunday. The Cubs are hoping he can rejoin their starting rotation in August.
