Schoop is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Yankees, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports. Schoop will be on the bench for a second straight day with Kelly Johnson getting the start at second base in his place. Schoop has been struggling at the plate, hitting .145 over 62 at-bats in September.
