After being designated for assignment earlier in the week, Scahill passed through waivers untouched and will report to the Brewers' Triple-A affiliate. He held a 3.57 ERA and 5:9 K:BB through 17.2 innings with the big club this season, and will be stashed at Colorado Springs as organizational depth.
