Saunders went 3-for-4 with a double, solo homer and two RBI in Saturday's 11-6 victory over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran outfielder and Edwin Encarnacion formed a nightmarish duo in the top half of the lineup Saturday, as they combined for three homers and seven RBI. Saunders now has a five-game hitting streak, homers in back-to-back games, and has his line up to .302/.377/.561 on the season. He's considerably outperforming his career numbers at the plate, but 205 at-bats in to the season, it might be time to acknowledge that we could be witnessing an offensive epiphany at age 29.
