Saunders is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Indians. With lefty T.J. House on the mound for Cleveland, Saunders will give way to Danny Valencia in right field. Saunders had started the last five games since coming off the DL and went 2-for-16 at the plate with an RBI and six strikeouts.
