Santos (elbow) will be transferred to the 60-day disabled list Monday. Santos will undergo Tommy John surgery, so his transfer to the 60-day disabled list will open up a spot on the 40-man roster. The procedure will end his 2015 campaign, and will likely hold him out until at least the All-Star break in 2016.
