Santana (suspension) will make the last of his three starts at Triple-A Rochester on Tuesday, LaVelle E. Neal of the Minneapolis Staar-Tribune reports. That puts Santana on track to make his season debut July 5 against Kansas City, when his 80-game suspension for a positive test for an anabolic steroid will have run its course. GM Terry Ryan said the club hasn't decided who Santana will replace in the Twins' current rotation or if the team would employ a six-man setup, but it's clear that big expectations will be placed on the veteran right-hander after he inked a four-year, $54 million contract in December.
