Santana started at third base in Friday's spring training game and went 0-for-4. "We're trying to balance exposing him to a lot of positions here in spring training and get him a chance to do some center field work," manager Paul Molitor told the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

The Twins announced before spring training began that Santana would move to the outfield, but it looks like he'll get time in the infield as well. Santana is a candidate for the center field role if Byron Buxton struggles this spring, but is more likely to win a utility role.
