Santana is not in Sunday's lineup against Cleveland, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. This is just a day off, but Santana is off to a slow start to the season by hitting just .195 with 13 strikeouts and no walks in 42 plate appearances. Manager Paul Molitor has said he'll stick with him as his leadoff hitter, but Santana needs to breakout of his slump eventually.
