Sanchez (finger) will throw live batting practice Thursday, Steve Buffery of the Toronto Sun reports.

If all goes well in the live BP session, Sanchez will then begin a rehab assignment with High-A Dunedin, where he will require at least a couple starts before progressing to a higher level, per manager John Gibbons.
