If this plan comes to fruition, this would be the first time that Sanchez would be able to play catch since going on the disabled list. The 24-year-old seems to be content with a lengthy rehab process, so it wouldn't be too surprising for him to take things very slowly in his recovery process. Nonetheless, it's good to see Sanchez finally make some progress toward returning to the mound.
