Sanchez (3-3) was tagged for five runs on seven hits and four walks in 5.2 innings during Wednesday's loss in Baltimore. He struck out just one batter. Sanchez has had some better games, but it's hard to ignore that he now owns 25 strikeouts to go with a stunning 29 walks in 38 innings this year. It's clear that the 22-year-old isn't quite ready for an MLB rotation yet; the question is whether the Jays will be willing to send him to Triple-A to get his control issues figured out. For now, he's scheduled to go again Monday against the Angels.
