Ryu (shoulder) was placed on the 15-day disabled list Sunday, retroactive to March 27, MLB.com reports. Ryu has been shut down with shoulder inflammation since March 20, but he's scheduled to begin a throwing program Monday. While the timetable for his return is unclear, Ryu figures to miss a minimum of two starts.
