Ryan Hanigan is not in the starting lineup for Game 4 of the NLDS against the Giants. Dioner Navarro will make the start behind the plate and catch Mike Leake. Brandon Phillips is hitting leadoff again Wednesday and will be followed by Zack Cozart, Joey Votto, Ryan Ludwick, Jay Bruce, Todd Frazier, Navarro, Drew Stubbs and Leake.
