Ryan (back) is feeling better, but will not resume baseball activities until at least Monday, Wallace Matthews of ESPN reports. Ryan suffered a mid-back strain from a weight lifting injury Friday, but he's not expected to miss extended time. The Yankees' first game of spring training is on Tuesday, so Ryan will likely miss that, but he should be able to return a bit later in the week.
