Ryan (back) is expected to being activated after the All-Star break, The Westchester Journal News reports. Ryan has already begun a rehab assignment and has been nearing a return, so it appears as though he'll be ready in time for Friday's contest against the Mariners. He'll resume his role as a utility infielder, though he could see some increased playing time with the continued struggles of Stephen Drew.
