Ruben Tejada will receive an MRI on his right quad and will also get his eye checked out after leaving Sunday's game following an awkward fall onto first base. The Mets announced that he left with a quad injury, but manager Terry Collins said he's more worried about Tejada's eye after the shortstop did a face plant on first base.
