Ruben Tejada told reporters on Monday afternoon that he is hoping to steal more bases this season. Tejada worked with former teammate Jose Reyes this winter on his base-stealing skills. The 23-year-old shortstop tallied just four steals in 114 games last season while posting a weak .289/.333/.351 batting line.
