Ruben Tejada (head) will be back in the Mets' lineup Friday. Tejada isn't playing Thursday after being hit in the helmet by a pitch Wednesday, but he has no concussion symptoms and the Mets are just being cautious. "Talked to the trainers last night," manager Terry Collins said Thursday. "We thought we'd give him one more day just as a precaution. He feels great. Said he could play, but we'll just give him today and get him back in there tomorrow."
