Royals activated RHP Felipe Paulino from the 60-day disabled list. Paulino underwent surgery on his right shoulder in mid-September, an operation that included a cyst removal from the back of his shoulder and also rotator cuff and labrum cleaning up. While Paulino expects to be fine by spring training, it's possible that he could be non-tendered.
