Roy Oswalt was not offered arbitration by the Phillies. Oswalt was the lone Type A free agent (at least among those who were contractually-eligible) who did not receive an offer of arbitration. He has drawn interest from several teams already this winter, but the Phillies didn't want to take the risk that he would accept. The 34-year-old right-hander earned $16 million in 2011.
